Setting up Picture Day in 3 Easy Steps!

  1. What You Need To Decide:
Plan Type - We offer Pre-Pay, Proofs, and Post-Pay
Backgrounds - Select from our Background page
Dates - Pick dates for your Picture Day and call us to reserve them

  2. Schedule Your Classes:
Create your picture day schedule for students to come down to the camera.

Schedule classes about 10-15 minutes apart. We provide the proper number of photographers and assistants to keep the day moving smoothly, and on schedule. If you are a large school and require pictures to be done in one day, just let us know. We'll assign extra staff to your event to have classes move through the process is less than 10 minutes!

Younger children take the longest. It's always a good idea to start with the youngest students. If possible, we like to photograph the class picture first. This helps ease any camera shyness. It's also a good idea to bring the entire class into the area where individual pictures are taken, so the students are able to watch each other come up to the camera. This helps them feel at ease, and smiles are less apprehensive and more natural.

  3. Picture Day:
Simply distribute the schedule to teachers so they know when to come down to for their pictures. Then on picture day, have someone from your school accessible to help keep classes on-time.

That's all there is!! Simple, right?
